This legislation would require digital pornography company websites to verify that any potential user of the website is at least 18 years old before granting access.

The so-called “Equal Rights Amendment” (ERA) is a proposed amendment to Minnesota’s state constitution which would create constitutional protection for both abortion and personal identity of sex rejection (“gender identity.”) Notably, this ERA language does not include protection for religious freedom.

This bill would bring MN law regarding access to athletics into alignment with the reality that humanity is sexed male and female. State law currently protects the false concept of self identification of sex in athletics, forcing female athletes to bear limited access to placement, scholarships, and further opportunities, while increasing the threat of physical harm. When state law protects this falsehood, women and children suffer the consequences.

We advocate for restoring the requirement for life-saving medical care to ensure every child, no matter the circumstances of birth, receives a chance at life.
